Fraud & Waste Detection

Fraud in government erodes the  public trust and tarnishes the commitment of scores of dedicated public servants with suspicion and mistrust. Our Office believes the best way to promote a fraud-free government is to expose every aspect of it to the light of day - transparency is the key to preserving the public trust. Our efforts in this regard include investigations, audits and reports, and the proposal of new policies and procedures which reduce risk and opportunity for fraud.
