NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Proposed Local Law No. 13 of 2016, (A Local Law Amending The Code Of The County Of Ulster To Limit The Gifts That County Officers And Employees May Receive), on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the public can be heard, in the Legislative Chambers, 244 Fair Street, 6th Floor, County Office Building, Kingston, New York.

The proposed local law is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Ulster County Legislature, 244 Fair Street, 6th Floor, County Office Building, Kingston, New York, where the same is available for public inspection during regular office hours and is available online at

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons and citizens interested shall have an opportunity to be heard on said proposed local law at the time and place aforesaid.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the requirements of the Open Meetings Law of the State of New York, that the Ulster County Legislature will convene in public meeting at the time and place aforesaid for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the proposed local law described above and, as deemed advisable by said Ulster County Legislature, taking action on the enactment of said local law.
