NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the County Executive of Ulster County, in the Ulster County Office Building, Legislative Chambers, 6^th Floor, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York, on the 6^th day of December 2016, at 10:00 A.M. on the following local law:
