(Rain date Thursday, October 13), at the Kingston Plaza, 151 Plaza Road., Kingston, NY. (Hannaford/Ball field Parking Lot). Get Connected with services for Children, Adults, and Seniors. Local Service Providers and Area Agencies  available to discuss their services and answer  any questions. Attendees will park their vehicles and visit each provider for a Halloween Treat and to learn about services available to county residents.
