ULSTER COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS WILL HOLD INFORMATIONAL MEETING ON ULSTER HEIGHTS ROAD RECONSTRUCTION EFFORTS

Kingston, NY -- On Thursday, April 19, 2012 representatives from the Ulster County Department of Public Works will be attending the Town of Wawarsing Town Board meeting to discuss a timetable and process for repairs to Ulster Heights Road. On August 28, 2011 Ulster County was hit with Hurricane Irene, an unprecedented storm that caused severe damage to many of the County’s roads and bridges. The hardworking employees of Ulster County Department of Public Works (DPW) are working daily to rebuild the damage to the County’s infrastructure caused during Hurricane Irene.
