Active Commodity Bids
The following provides information about the active commodity contracts between Ulster County and the awarded vendors.
The extension of County contracts is granted through Section 163 of State Finance Law and Sections 103 and 104 of the General Municipal Law. New York State Finance Law and General Municipal Law also extend most NYS Contracts to Counties and Municipalities.
