The vision of the UCTC is for the transportation system to be a sustainable, resilient, and dependable connection for both people and commerce within the region and beyond. The Ulster County Critical Transportation Infrastructure Vulnerability Assessment will assess natural and manmade hazards to develop a risk assessment framework of the county's critical transportation infrastructure.
