NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the County Executive of Ulster County, in the Ulster County Office Building, Legislative Chambers, 6th Floor, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York, on the 10th day of December 2019, at 10:30 A.M. or immediately thereafter, on the following local law:
