At this year's Veterans Day ceremony in Woodstock, NY, fellow soldiers of Sgt. Richard F. Quinn will present his family with a memorial quilt created in honor of their fallen friend, a medic killed in action in Vietnam. The quilt, with many detailed images all embroidered, is currently on display at the museum in Chandler, TX.
11:00 am - Traditional Veterans Day service at Woodstock Cemetery, followed by food & refreshments at American Legion Post 1026.
2:00 pm - Unveiling of quilt and presentation to family.
Public is Invited.
