Decorated Vietnam Veteran/Artist/Educator Frank Romeo is walking from Buffalo to NYC to raise PTSD awareness. He is scheduled to arrive in Kingston on Thursday, April 18th. A brief gathering will take place to honor him and listen to him speak about his mission and journey.
