Unpaid 2023 General Taxes and 2022/2023 School Taxes will be filed on a List of Delinquent Taxes in the Office of the Ulster County Clerk on November 1, 2023. The recording of that list will create a Notice of Pendency (lien), which is technically the start of the foreclosure process.

To avoid a $150.00 fee for title search, payments must be received no later than October 31, 2023. Please note, as of November 1, 2023, all payments must include the additional $150.00 fee.
