Kingston, NY – Ulster County Executive Mike Hein and the Ulster County Civil Service Employees Association, Inc. (CSEA) announce a three year contract agreement. County Executive Mike Hein signed a resolution approving a Memorandum of Agreement between Ulster County and its largest labor union, the Ulster County CSEA, a bargaining unit which represents over 900 members within county government. The agreement covers the period of January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2019. The County employees represented by CSEA will receive a 2% wage increase for 2017, a 2% wage increase for 2018, and a 2% wage increase for 2019.

The Ulster County Legislature approved the Resolution #109 - Memorandum of Agreement between the County of Ulster and the Ulster County Civil Service Employees Association, for the years 2017, 2018, and 2019 – Amending the 2018 Ulster County Budget on March 20, 2018 which was signed by Ulster County Executive Mike Hein on March 29, 2018.
