2021 Mid Hudson TMA Certification Review

The three Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) of the Mid-Hudson Valley Transportation Management Area (TMA) – the Dutchess County Transportation Council, Orange County Transportation Council, and Ulster County Transportation Council – completed their regular Federal Highway Administration & Federal Transit Administration Certification Review during the month of September 2021.
