KINGSTON, N.Y. - Ulster County Executive Pat Ryan announced today the appointment of Loren M. Johnson as the new Director of Ulster County Area Transit (UCAT). Johnson brings to Ulster County 18 years of experience in providing servant leadership within private and public sectors, including state and local government, social services, public education and transportation.
The proposal, Ulster Connect, has been awarded a Phase One grant through the New York Clean Transportation Prizes’ “Clean Neighborhoods Challenge.”
