Kingston, NY – Ulster County Executive Mike Hein proclaims the month of October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month in Ulster County. In order to bring awareness to this serious issue, the County Office Building and the cupola at the Crime Victim’s Unit Office at 1 Pearl Street in Kingston will once again be lit purple to shine the light on domestic violence and highlight the services available to victims.
