Statement from Ulster County Executive Pat Ryan Upon Attending Governor Cuomo's 2020 State of the State Address
ALBANY, N.Y. – “Governor Cuomo put forth a strong plan in his 2020 State of the State Address that will positively impact the lives of Ulster County’s 180,000 residents. I am particularly excited about the Governor’s commitment to the environment with his proposed $3 billion 'Restore Mother Nature' bond act, and his dedication to making New York more affordable with a small business and middle-income tax cut.
