Kingston, NY- On Thursday, January 17, 2019 County Executive Mike Hein will host a community screening of the documentary film Circles at the Restorative Justice and Community Empowerment Center. The film screening will be the first public event held at the Center since its opening on December 27, 2018. Circles has been shown in limited release in cities across the United States and Canada since its debut at the 2018 Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Film Festival.

Kingston, NY - Ulster County Executive Mike Hein announces that the Ulster County Youth Bureau is accepting applications for the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) Youth Development grants. The Ulster County Youth Bureau administers the Youth Development Program (YDP) and Runaway & Homeless Shelter (RHYA) funding from OCFS and Ulster County to support youth programs.
