KINGSTON, N.Y. - Ulster County Executive Mike Hein is pleased to announce his appointment of Geoffrey Miller as Ulster County Historian. The County Historian coordinates the work of the several town historians and local historical societies throughout the County, and acts as an advocate and resource for local history and historic preservation. In his role as County Historian, Mr. Miller will also provide guidance, research, and public presentations on topics dealing with Ulster County history. Mr.

The Ulster County Office Building Will Be Lit Blue Beginning April 2nd - Autism Awareness Day
Kingston, NY - Ulster County Executive Mike Hein announces that Ulster County will recognize Autism Awareness Month by lighting the Ulster County Office Building at 244 Fair Street in Kingston with blue lighting beginning April 2, 2016 which is World Autism Awareness Day. Every year thousands of landmarks, schools, businesses and homes unite by shining blue lights in honor of the millions of individuals and families affected by autism.
