Kingston, NY – Ulster County Executive Mike Hein proclaims the month of October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month in Ulster County. As in past years, the County Office Building and the cupola at the Crime Victim’s Unit Office at 1 Pearl Street in Kingston will be lit purple to shine the light on domestic violence and four billboards will be displayed throughout the County to raise awareness of this serious issue.
