Kingston, NY – Ulster County Executive Mike Hein proclaims the week of April 12 – April 18 as National Library Week in Ulster County.  Joining him are Officers from the Ulster County Association of Libraries (UCLA) including:  Julie Dempsey, President of UCLA, Director of Highland Public Library; Frank Rees, Treasurer of UCLA, Director of Saugerties Public Library; and Margie Menard, Vice-President of UCLA, Director of Kingston Public Library.
