Registered Dietitian

 Ulster County Office for the Aging seeks a part-time Registered Dietitian to oversee the Senior Nutrition Program, which includes: Home delivered meals, congregate meals and event meals. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  · Working in conjunction with meal provider to plan monthly menus

  · Providing nutritional analysis according to New York State Office for Aging guidelines

  · Providing nutrition counseling, consultation and education to clients and the public

  · Inspecting vendor’s kitchen and congregate meal sites

  · Ensuring temperature compliance regarding delivery of meals
