The UCTC and the City of Kingston are conducting a study of the NYS Route 32 / Fair Street intersection. The primary study area is the intersection itself with a secondary study area extending in a one block radius around the study intersection. The purpose of the project is to identify study area needs and potential intersection improvements to improve overall operations.
