Kingston, NY—Kirk Shultis, Jr., age 34, of Saugerties, pleaded guilty to Burglary in the Second Degree, a Class C Violent Felony, on April 22, 2024 before the Honorable Bryan Rounds in Ulster County Court. Defendant decided to plead just moments prior to the commencement of jury selection for his trial scheduled to begin Monday morning.
Kingston, NY—On Friday, April 19, 2024, Damon Foy, 50, of Kerhonkson, was arraigned in Ulster County Court before the Honorable Bryan E. Rounds on an indictment related to a recent Town of Rochester homicide. Foy was remanded to Ulster County Jail without bail.
