ALBANY, NY and KINGSTON, NY - The NYS Public Service Commission has initiated formal litigation in the Fortis/Central Hudson rate case under Section 66 of Public Service Law, and today set an evidentiary hearing for Wednesday, January 24 at 10:00 am, continuing each successive business day as needed.
