The Special Victims Bureau investigates and prosecutes cases of domestic violence, child abuse, elder abuse, sex crimes and human trafficking.

 

Bureau Chief Jenna Hastings leads the Bureau. Senior Assistant District Attorneys Shaun Prunotto and Luba Reznikova handle serious special victims felonies.  ADA Reznikova also serves as the Director of the Intimate Partner Intervention Task Force.  The Bureau supervises the Domestic Violence calender in Kingston City Court, which meets every Friday. Assistant District Attorney Sajaa Ahmed handles Domestic Violence Survivors' Justice Act applications. Legal Assistant Marissa R. Martino serves as Legal Assistant to Bureau. Sarah Kramer-Harrison serves as Director of Projects for the Intimate Partner Violence Intervention Task Force.

 

We work collaboratively with the Ulster County Crime Victims' Assistance Program, which assists our prosecutors to support victims of crime.
