Ulster County is a member of Energize NY, a not-for-profit local development corporation that provides Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing. Energize NY PACE financing is a low-cost, long-term alternative to traditional loans to fund clean energy projects in commercially-owned buildings, including buildings owned by not-for-profits.
Property owners in Ulster County can use Energize NY PACE to reduce their energy costs, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and to improve the comfort of their buildings.
