AREA DRUG & GUN TRAFFICKER FACING LONG PRISON SENTENCE FOLLOWING YEARS-LONG INVESTIGATIONS BY MULTIPLE AGENCIES
The Ulster County Department of Emergency Services successfully concluded its Emergency Services Orientation for Elected Officials, a comprehensive four-day immersive experience that spanned two days in October and two days in November, and provided local elected officials and community leaders with an in-depth look at the critical public safety systems protecting our County.
Ulster County Executive Jen Metzger has returned the budget with a veto of Operating Amendment #31, issuing the following veto message:
KINGSTON, NY – On December 6, 2024, Carlos Fernando Pinola Pop, age 41, of Kingston, was sentenced to four-and-a-half years in State Prison for his August 15, 2024 conviction of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, a Class D violent felony, before the Honorable James Farrell.
