Lacy Maxwell pleaded guilty to Leaving the Scene of an Incident Resulting in Death and the felony of Insurance Fraud in the Third Degree.

Kingston, NY—On August 15, 2024, Elijah Lyons, age 27, of Kingston, pleaded guilty to Attempted Robbery in the First Degree, a class C violent felony, in Ulster County Court before the Honorable Bryan Rounds. Lyons pleaded guilty as a Second Violent Felony Offender; he is scheduled to be sentenced on November 14, 2024, to 12 years in state prison followed by five years of post-release supervision and restitution.
