KINGSTON, N.Y. - Ulster County Executive Pat Ryan today confirmed the first death related to COVID-19 in Ulster County. For reasons of privacy, specific information cannot be provided. County Executive Ryan did confirm that the individual is a 76 year old male from the Town of Plattekill who passed away at Vassar Brothers hospital due to complications from COVID-19 on Sunday, March 29th.
