ORDER AND DETERMINATION EXTENDING ELIGIBLE LISTS
On May 3, 2023, the following was ordered and determined:
WHEREAS, the Ulster County Personnel Officer has determined that it would be in the best interest of government to extend the duration of the following eligible lists for an additional one year period;
ORDERED AND DETERMINED, that the following named eligible lists scheduled by the Personnel Officer to expire on the date indicated are extended in duration for an additional one year period, unless superseded by cases where the provisions of Section 60(1) apply as determined by the Personnel Officer.
