Posted: August 29, 2024Kingston, NY—On August 29, 2024, Spencer Lane, age 38, of Saugerties, was convicted after jury trial in Ulster County Court before the Honorable James Farrell, visiting Judge from Sullivan County, for the felonies of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, and the misdemeanors of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree, and Menacing in the Second Degree.
