Kingston, NY - Ulster County Executive Mike Hein announces that Ulster County police agencies are participating in a special enforcement effort to crackdown on impaired driving. The statewide STOP-DWI Crackdown efforts will continue through the Labor Day Weekend, ending on September 3rd.
