KINGSTON, N.Y. – Ulster County Executive Pat Ryan today announced a packed fall lineup at the Restorative Justice and Community Empowerment Center (RJCEC), including a variety of seminars and groups focusing on employability, self-improvement, and as well as new comprehensive programming designed to help break the cycle of general poverty.
Campaign to include be heard across Countywide radio spots, billboards and social media
KINGSTON, N.Y. – Ulster County Executive Pat Ryan today announced a new public awareness campaign on the dangers of prescription opioids, including radio, billboards, and social media ads. This public awareness campaign is a part of County Executive Ryan’s ‘Big Five’ priorities, to ramp up Countywide efforts to combat the opioid epidemic.
The County also participated in the United Nations Climate Restoration Forum as a part of County Executive Ryan’s “Green New Deal” for Ulster County.
Kingston, N.Y. – Ulster County Executive Pat Ryan issued a proclamation declaring that today, September 20th, will be recognized across the County as a Global Climate Strike as a part of the County’s continued commitment to urge action on climate.
The County has been awarded a rebate for clean vehicle purchases under the NYDEC’s Municipal Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) and ZEV Infrastructure Rebate Program and will participate in National Drive Electric Week
