KINGSTON, NY – On March 20, 2025, Jonneasia Welcome, age 21, of Albany, and on March 25, Kamel Pickens, age 33 of Albany, were sentenced to up to three years in state prison following their guilty pleas to Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree before the Honorable Bryan Rounds.
Kingston, NY—Three individuals responsible for a shooting at the Canal Locks Apartment Complex in the Village of Ellenville have pleaded guilty and have all been sentenced to State Prison following an expeditious investigation and prosecution by the Village of Ellenville Police Department and Ulster County District Attorney’s Office.
