Posted February 14, 2025Kingston, NY—Dion Johnson, age 35, of Newburgh, pleaded guilty before Judge Bryan E. Rounds of Ulster County Court to the crimes of Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree and Official Misconduct, as well as two violations of Harassment in the Second Degree, on February 3, 2025. Sentencing is scheduled for April 11, 2025.
JOSEPH O’BRYAN SENTENCED FOR POSSESSING AND PROMOTING SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY CHILDREN
Posted February 14, 2025KINGSTON, NY – On January 30, 2025, Joseph O'Bryan, age 31, of Shawangunk, was sentenced to up to ten years in prison stemming from his convictions of Possessing an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child before the Honorable Bryan Rounds. Defendant's second guilty plea came after he was already pending sentence for a separate conviction of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child.
