Services: The Bridge Back of the Foundation for Religion and Mental Health is licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services to operate an outpatient facility. The Bridge Back is medically supervised and provides alcohol and substance abuse treatment to individuals who primarily abuse alcohol. The interdisciplinary team includes a physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, nursing staff, certified scoial workers, and certified alcohol and substance abuse counselors.

Specialty Areas: The Addictions Day Rehab Program, the agency’s most intensive level of service, is a 90 day, 5 hour per day, 5 day per week program for individuals with serious and persistent alcoholism addiction; a time-limited Evening Program for individuals who are employed during the day; an Adolescent Treatment Program which offers group therapy; evaluation and treatment for first-time or repeat DWI offenders; Outpatient Clinic Group Therapy in the areas of early recovery, alcohol awaremess, 12 step spiritual recovery, children of alcoholics, codependents, aftercare, relapse prevention, feelings and spirituality, adolescent teen programs, gays and lesbians, stress mangement, women’s groups family therapy cultural diversity and sloution focused groups.
